My career has been built on maintaining exceptional standards in transport compliance, managing drivers and their safety. Supporting teams through regulatory change, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. I’ve worked closely with drivers, managers, and compliance teams — always bridging the gap between policy and practice.

I am also deeply passionate about road safety and the integration of advanced safety features in vehicles. I believe that technology, when combined with strong compliance and well-informed drivers, is key to reducing risk and saving lives on our roads. Whether it’s championing new safety systems or raising awareness around driver behaviour, I’m committed to promoting a safer future for everyone in the industry.
