With over 40 years of experience in transport and fleet management across a range of sectors, Aaron Powell is currently the Fleet & Logistics Director at Speedy Hire.

He has led the way in adopting new transport technologies to enhance safety and has been instrumental in developing the Speedy Hire’s largest electric and hybrid fleet. Recognised for his contributions to the industry, he features in the GreenFleet Top 100 Most Influential list and was named Fleet Manager of the Year at the Fleet News Awards in both 2022 and 2024.

A passionate advocate for the fleet industry, he actively supports those looking to begin their careers in the sector. He regularly contributes to the AFP’s work, including recent webinars, and is a frequent participant in Fleet News at 10 sessions. He is also a member of the Fleet 200.
