Revive! is the largest UK-wide vehicle SMART repairer, supporting both owned
operations and a national franchise network. We are rapidly expanding our operations
within the Revive! Head Office in Rugby [Warwickshire] and require an experienced
Fleet Manager to provide practical, accurate and responsive management support
across the Revive! Fleet of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Maintenance
  o Ensure routine servicing, MOT tests, repairs, and inspections are carried out in accordance with company policy
  o Support de-fleet and resale, including returned vehicle condition
• Cost Control
  o Manage budgets for fuel, insurance, parts, rentals and new vehicle purchases, including vehicle HP financing
  o Develop strategies for improved cost efficiency throughout the fleet of vehicles
• Safety and Compliance
  o Make sure all vehicles and drivers follow legal compliance and safety laws
  o Communicate with insurance brokers and organise the appropriate insurance cover for drivers/vehicles
• Driver Management
  o Plan vehicle schedules and review telematics data to improve driving safety
  o Assist with the drafting and implementation of effective policies and processes regarding fleet operations
• Asset Tracking
  o Monitor GPS and tracking software to measure vehicle use and fuel efficiency

About You:

  o Maintain regular dialogue with senior management, drivers and external
  suppliers
• Data Literacy
  o Review telematic reports, fuel logs, and cost spreadsheets
• Experience
  o Fleet Management experience within transport, logistics, or vehicle maintenance
