Ahead of the AFP Expo 2026, we are delighted to invite AFP Fleet Operator Members to an exclusive Fleet Operators’ Dinner, kindly sponsored by Holman.

Taking place on the evening before the Expo, this informal dinner will provide a fantastic opportunity for fleet professionals to come together, reconnect with industry peers, share experiences and discuss the challenges and opportunities currently shaping fleet operations.

The dinner will be held at The Welcombe Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon, at the Nestfield Suite, just a short distance from the British Motor Museum, where the AFP Expo will take place the following day.

Built in 1866, the Welcombe Hotel is a Grade II-listed country house set within 157 acres of landscaped grounds and combines historic elegance with modern comforts, including an award-winning British restaurant. It provides the ideal setting for an evening of networking, discussion and excellent food.
