afety Beyond Compliance is an immersive, interactive conference designed to elevate fleet safety standards well beyond regulatory requirements. This unique event brings together fleet leaders, national and local government, major safety NGOs, emergency services, and the wider automotive and transport sectors for a full day of collaboration, insight, and hands-on learning.

Developed by Visie Communications and Fleet Vision International, in partnership with FORS, Driving for Better Business, Together for Safer Roads, Beverley Bell Consulting and Training, the Road Haulage Association, and the Driver Handbook Group, the conference aims to advance safety culture across all fleet operations. As a precursor to Fleet Vision International – THE SHOW 2026, Safety Beyond Compliance has grown from a small roundtable into a standalone event in response to industry demand for deeper engagement, clearer guidance, and more meaningful cross-sector cooperation.
