This one-day face-to-face course is run by a trainer. The group will be joined by a fleet operator who will provide input, give you an insight into their day-to-day role, and answer your questions.
Course content:

Understanding the OEM’s role, your customer base, key challenges, what is in your control, what isn’t and what are your pain points? - 2. Know me – Understanding Fleet Needs
This is your opportunity to look through the lens of a fleet operator. Gain an insight into fleet managers’ challenges, ask questions, discover restrictions and what barriers exist. Use this information toidentify how to adapt to provide tailored solutions. - 3. Show Me – Value our Relationship
Become a trusted advisor by offering ongoing support, guidance on funding methods, and strengthening relationships through post-sale solutions. - 4. Support Me – Support my Strategy
Help clients transition to electric vehicles by providing strategic guidance, success stories, and transparent communication for long term planning
Course outcomes:

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the course start date will result in a 100% cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued.
- Cancellation less than 8 weeks but more than 4 weeks before the course start date will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible to ensure we can assist you accordingly.
Cancellation policy for 3 or more delegates booked on the same course:
A company can book a maximum of 4 spaces on one course. If more than 2 spaces are booked and cancellation is requested less than 16 weeks before the course start date, then a 50% refund will apply.
(The AFP is a not-for-profit organisation, and this policy ensures the course can still run for the remaining delegates)
