Accelerate – Navigating People Challenges – 1-Day trainer-led, face-to-face course

Cost – £395 for members, £495 for non-members

Suitable for: This course is recommended for managers at any level who are responsible for leading people and want to build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, relationship success and authenticity.

Course outcomes:

• Recognise the role and responsibility leaders and employees have when they work alongside colleagues and customers in a complex and changing world.
• Explore the range of topics that create life challenges for many people and how these can present in the workplace.
• Identify tools and approaches that develop our knowledge of human behaviour and how we can positively influence others.
• Use a range of powerful coaching questions to get to the root of challenging scenarios and work together with individuals to create solutions.

Cancellation policy:

– Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the course start date will result in a 100% cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued.
– Cancellation less than 8 weeks but more than 4 weeks before the course start date will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

Cancellation policy for 3 or more delegates booked on the same course:

A company can book a maximum of 4 spaces on one course. If more than 2 spaces are booked and cancellation is requested less than 16 weeks before the course start date, then a 50% refund will apply.

(The AFP is a not-for-profit organisation, and this policy ensures the course can still run for the remaining delegates)
