With over 30 years leasing and 33 years industry experience, I am currently specialising in the telecommunications and facilities management sectors within Lex Autolease working alongside 1000+ fleets with regards to outsourced solutions and asset management. 

I am passionate about delivering value for customers and bring my fleet and sector knowledge to develop clear and coherent fleet strategies.  I am responsible for implementing unique fleet policies and delivering the specification of requirements within agreed timescales. 

My current key responsibilities are, and not limited to 

• Contract management 
• Collaboration and delivery of strategic objectives 
• Internal and external liaison for both suppliers and customers 
• Focussed heavily on net zero objectives and supporting customers in their long term sustainability transition for fleet. 
• Passionate about supporting and delivering key solutions for my customers and my business. 
• Monitoring and reporting against key KPIs to drive continued growth 
• Strategic reviews including market insight and trends 
• Financial control budgeting and monitoring 
• Product specialisms and alignment within the fleet market.

I have been the recipient of awards within Lex Autolease and also the FN50 and individual customer supplier awards during my time.

I am focused on development and growth, both personally and of my wider team. I am an internal mentor for Lloyds Banking Group and also hold a Board Trustee position within a charity supporting re-engagement into the community for people who have previously had drug or drink addictions.
