Based from our Head Office in Chester and led by the Management Team with of over 45 years combined industry experience, Complete Vehicle Support are a specialist accident & repair management business providing market leading solutions to insurers, brokers, fleets, motor manufacturers and third party claim administrators.

Unlike many ‘Accident Management’ providers we are NOT a non-fault organisation after credit hire or personal injury claims. We ensure repair costs, any replacement vehicle costs & vehicle off road times are closely controlled and kept to a minimum. We integrate with our customer’s own internal procedures and / or work with key suppliers to provide a complete ‘one stop shop’ solution.

REPAIR DEPLOYMENT & MANAGEMENT

CVS operates a national network of over 140 approved car & light commercial repairers who have been carefully selected and are strategically placed across the UK. Our repairers have a combination of insurance company or motor manufacturer approvals and have either obtained or are working towards BSi Kitemark PAS 125.

THIRD PARTY CAPTURE

A key to the success of this service is early and ongoing contact with the third party.  Therefore, the information gathered at FNOL stage is vital.

CVS takes a proactive approach to all contact with the third party including the ‘sale’ of the scheme and adoption of the case to ultimately:

  • reduce the number of third parties using credit hire and credit repair;
  • manage repair costs using a combination of CVS’s engineering function and approved repair network;
  • minimising hire costs by providing the third party with the lowest vehicle category possible and proactively managing hire duration
  • minimising ‘special damages’ such as loss of earnings, loss of use & other incidental expenses
  • reduce engineering costs through optimising the balance between physical and digital inspections; and
  • reduce personal injury cost through early intervention and rehabilitation programmes.
